of persons in possession.
Interested parties may go upon the concerned real estate
for the purpose of making an inspection
Terms of Sale: Cash. A bidder's deposit of ten percent
(10%) shall be required of the successful bidder, with the
balance due within twenty (20) days after the date of sale. Sale
does not include any trailers or personal property on site.
