ONLY members of the Four Winds Club may request a copy of the Board of Directors meeting minutes or newsletter.

The minutes of a Board Meeting are available for publication one month after they have been held. For instance if a meeting is held in March the minutes for that meeting will not be available until April after they have been approved by the Board members.
