Remember your second quarter dues must be paid according to our By Laws in order to have a vote in the election of the Directors. I'm looking forward to seeing all your smiling faces.
Items of concern: Agenda Items
1. High electrical usage. There is a way.
2. Banning of ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, and Go Karts
3.Election of Directors (5) Vacancies
4.180 overnight stays: Caroline County is working on this.
Several items must be resolved We need your input and comments. NO negative comments Please! We've had all those we can handle.

Dear Members,
As Secretary I will be putting together the Ballots for ELECTIONS OF DIRECTORS at the Annual Meeting on April 12, 2008. The criteria for being on the Ballot is that you be in good standing with the Club, of course willing to work for the Club, I will need a short Bio stating who, what job related, other credentials you want the Members to know about you, some of your interests, how you would help the Board to become better, etc.
*Send to:
Sincerely Lex K.
**This Bio is to help Members know the person they are voting for**
This up and down year has brought about the alpha/omega.
We continue to send out letters to those Members that need to clean/clear their lots. Remember that if your neighbor’s lot looks exceptionally great, please got to their lot and look at yours. If you take care of this EPC won’t have to.
Thanks to all that have helped this year, and since this is my last year on the Board if the new EPC chairman needs help of course I would be glad to help.
*The County because of the timing have decided to stay with the building rules they set forth in 2003. Porches 200 sq. ft. Decks 180 sq. ft. and Sheds 150 sq. ft. no buildings will be more than 10 ft. wide, and cannot be attached permanently to a trailer. All roof-over’s have to be supported, and not laying on any trailer walls.
* I will be giving to the new EPC all the rules. Thanks again for the eventful year, it’s been Exciting.

NOW: We have gotten the figures in to respond to the insurance adjuster as of March 4th. Lex Knight has e-mailed the insurance company’s representative for the payment of the claim.
We have repaired the Pro Shop, and gotten the electric up for the daily campers, and pump system.
The Committee has made strides in coming up with alternative sites, sizes, and types of buildings. The process that we have to go through to explain our loss is expansive, and we are getting that done as best as possible.
Any help that you want to give towards getting the Club House back up and running we would appreciate.
The Board
The Board would like to remind everyone to not vote until you have seen all the candidates that are running. Some good people may run from the floor. That have great potential, and the knowledge to be great Boards of Directors.
Costs for doing this newsletter and sending it out are about $400.00. That’s not much to keep our Membership informed.
The Board would like to say that it is a pleasure to have worked for you this year and no controversy, fire, wind, rain, sleet, or snow has stopped our work. Without everyone’s support it would have been a lot bigger task!
Walter Clausson has lead us great,
Bill Shendele has kept us secure,
Bruce Tutor has kept care of golf,
Brent has done a super job with the County,
Frank Salvino has watched over maintenance, and
Lex Knight has ticked off a lot of people telling them to clean up your lots. Oh Yea! Clean Up Yer’ Lot!
Members remember this is all for you! If you are angry, get more involved, if you are sad act in a way that will make all Happy, and if you think that everything is OK, and will be better later on, WAKE UP! Get on a Committee
Please take the time to take time for Our Campground. It’s Your Campground, Too!!
